It pains me giving such a low rating to 356. Years ago this was our favorite restaurant, my husband and I literally came here after we got married. The food and vibes are usually good unfortunately last time we went, the service was non existent. We were sat in the middle of two other groups and they were waited on constantly and we pressed the button so many times. Every worker would just walk past us to the people on the sides of us. It took a long time for someone to help us and take our initial order. Then, it took nearly 20 minutes to get one cup of rice (that we asked for multiple times) not even two for the both of us. Then we were so disappointed in the lack of anyone helping us and just wanted to pay and go, and we couldnβt even do that! We kept pressing the button, sitting and waiting then they take our card for another 10 minutes then someone else comes saying something. No clue what theyβre saying as weβre pissed now and literally just want the bill. We got one round of meats and thatβs about it, just waiting. We never complain and never not tip but we were completely ignored from start to finish. We have to find a new KBBQ place which sucks as we loved 356 since they o

I had a very premium experience at this restaurant. The ingredients are very fresh and high quality. Itβs not the cheapest place, but itβs definitely worth it if you appreciate great food. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are very kind, and the food is served quickly. I will definitely be back.

This is all you can eat Korean BBQ so you cook the food yourself. We went on a Monday night during Spring Break. While we had to wait, the wait wasn't long and it seemed the wait was more due to the lack of staff then the number of guests. They have three different menu tiers. I think the least expensive is around $45 and it goes up from there. The more expensive menus have more choices with some better quality meats however, we found that the least expensive was more than adequate with plenty of good and delicious choices. They will keep bringing out as much food as you want. We had fun cooking the food ourselves. Would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you to our server who made this first dining experience memorable. Friendly Service and kind attitude. This man was running back and forth on Saint Patrick Day with an Awesome attitude and smile. Thank you Omar for attending us. The owner of this business is lucky to have a hard working individual who goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Iβll be definitely bring back more people to come eat delicious food.

The staff member who greeted us at the entrance (a woman with short hair) was unhelpful when we tried to change the grill plate according to the menu instructions. she repeatedly discouraged it and insisted we shouldnβt. After that, each time she brought our dishes, she placed the plates on the table very harshly and walked away immediately. We said βthank youβ multiple times and received no response. To be fair, the other servers were very friendly and attentive, which made this one personβs attitude stand out even more.
